We start with your people, not a moodboard.
Who will cry, who will dance, whether your grandmother can manage the stairs. Everything after that is logistics — and logistics is what we are quietly very good at.
On the night you hand us the whole thing and go and enjoy it. We will be the ones in flat shoes at the back, moving before you notice anything needs moving.

Suppliers, design, tastings, the seating plan that changes eleven times.

We arrive first and leave last. Anything that goes wrong is ours to know about.

A few we are still thinking about.
The tea ceremony and the door games kept. Everything else that usually comes with them, let go.
Delegations on a fixed schedule, protocol seating, and a site built and struck around opening hours.

Every enquiry is read by Elīna, usually the same evening. If the date is free, we will suggest an hour together — no cost, no obligation.
