What we keep, and why.

What we collect

When you enquire, we keep what you send us: your name, email, the details of the event and anything you write in the message. If you WhatsApp or email us, we keep that thread. That is all. The site sets no analytics cookies and runs no tracking scripts.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to prepare a proposal, and, if you commission us, to plan the event. Vendors we introduce receive only what they need to quote: the date, the venue, the guest count. We never sell or share your details for marketing, and we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.

Where it lives

Enquiries submitted through the form are delivered to a private spreadsheet and to our inbox. Both are held on Google's infrastructure under Vestigia's account. The site itself is served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and to limit abuse of the enquiry form.

How long

Enquiries that do not become events are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for seven years after the event to meet our accounting obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@vestigia.sg and we will do it within thirty days.
