Vestigia plans and produces a small number of events a year in Singapore and the region. We are part of Irial Holdings, which owns us outright and has no intention of selling.
01 — Who we are
Events, not event marketing.
An atelier rather than an agency: a small team that takes a limited number of commissions and carries each one from the first conversation to the strike at the end of the night.
We work across weddings, private celebrations, dinners, conferences and destination events. The room changes; the discipline does not. Someone senior is on every job from enquiry to close-out, and the people you meet at the start are the people standing at the back on the night.
We take a flat fee, agreed before anything begins, and no commission from any vendor. That is deliberate: it means when we recommend a florist or a band, the only reason is that they are the right one.
We turn work down. If a date is already committed, or the brief would be better served by someone else, we will say so and point you at them.

02 — Ownership
Part of Irial Holdings.
Vestigia is wholly owned by Irial Holdings, a private company incorporated in Singapore that builds and holds businesses with the intention of running them for generations. There is no fund behind it, no investment committee, and no exit date.
For a client, that ownership is not a badge — it is the reason we can take fewer events, quote a flat fee, and refuse work that does not fit. We are not required to grow to a number by December.
It also means the group is standing behind the commitments we make. Contracts, deposits and dates are held by a company that expects to still be here long after your event.

03 — How we work
Three things we do not move on.
Flat fees, no commissions
Our fee is agreed before we start and does not change with your budget. We take nothing from vendors, so every recommendation is on merit.
Fewer events, properly
A small number a year, never more than we can stand in the room for. It is the whole reason the work looks the way it does.
Your people first
Who will cry, who will dance, whether your grandmother can manage the stairs. The design follows the guest list, not a trend.

Every enquiry is read by us, usually the same evening. If the date is free we will suggest an hour together — no cost, no obligation.
