Four ways in.

Take the whole thing, take the hard half, take the look, or just take the folder off us on the day. Fees are flat and agreed before we start — we take no commission from any vendor.

Full planning

From S$8,800

From the empty calendar to the last taxi home. You tell us who is coming and what the night should feel like; we do everything between that sentence and the morning after.

Best if you have a date in mind and very little else — or a full diary and no appetite for eleven vendor threads.

Phase 01

Shape and budget

  • Guest-list modelling and realistic headcount
  • Budget built line by line, tracked to the dollar
  • Venue longlist, site visits, rate negotiation
  • Contract review before you sign anything
  • Master timeline back-planned from the date
Phase 02

Vendors and design

  • Full vendor team sourced, quoted and contracted
  • Photography, film, florals, F&B, AV, entertainment
  • Design direction, tablescape and colour
  • Tastings, fittings and rehearsals attended
  • One point of contact — every thread runs through us
Phase 03

The event

  • Floor plan, seating and guest logistics
  • Minute-by-minute run of show, issued to all vendors
  • Install and strike supervised on site
  • Two directors present, first in and last out
  • Vendor settlement and post-event close-out

Partial planning

From S$4,800

You have the venue and a date. We take the rest — including the parts you have started and would rather not finish.

Best if the big decisions are made and the middle has become a second job.

Phase 01

Pick up where you are

  • Audit of everything already booked and signed
  • Gaps, clashes and cost risks flagged in writing
  • Remaining budget re-modelled around what is left
  • Ownership of every open thread transferred to us
Phase 02

Finish the team

  • Outstanding vendors sourced, quoted and briefed
  • Existing vendors re-briefed to one shared plan
  • Design pulled together so it reads as one event
  • Tastings and site walk-throughs attended with you
Phase 03

Land it

  • Floor plan, seating and run of show
  • Final confirmations with every supplier
  • Rehearsal attended
  • On-the-night direction included as standard

Design & styling

From S$3,600

For events that need to look like something. We set the direction, art-direct the people making it, and stand in the room while it goes up.

Best if the logistics are handled — by you, your venue, or another planner — and the look is what is missing.

Phase 01

Direction

  • Concept developed from the occasion, not a trend board
  • Reference deck: palette, materials, flowers, light
  • Scaled tablescape and room layouts
  • Costed so the deck is a plan, not a wish
Phase 02

Making

  • Florist, stylist and fabricator sourced and briefed
  • Stationery, signage and menu art direction
  • Linen, glass, china and cutlery specified
  • Lighting plan drawn with the AV supplier
  • Mock-up table reviewed and signed off before the day
Phase 03

Install

  • Install supervised from first truck to doors open
  • Final styling pass — every table checked by eye
  • Photography shot list agreed with your photographer
  • Strike managed, hires returned, deposits protected

On-the-day direction

S$1,800

You planned it. Someone else should carry the folder. We take the whole plan off you four weeks out and run the day so you can be a guest at it.

Best if you have planned everything yourself and want the day itself to belong to you.

Phase 01

Handover

  • Full plan review four to six weeks out
  • Every contract and confirmation read
  • Gaps and single points of failure flagged
  • Run of show written or rebuilt from your notes
Phase 02

The week before

  • Every vendor confirmed, timed and given the call sheet
  • Venue walk-through and access times locked
  • Rehearsal attended and directed
  • Contingency plan for weather, late arrivals, no-shows
Phase 03

The day

  • Two directors on site, twelve hours
  • Vendors received, briefed and positioned
  • Ceremony, dinner and speeches cued
  • Gifts, documents and personal items collected and returned
  • Strike overseen and the room handed back

Before you ask

The practical part.

If none of the four is quite right, say so in the enquiry — we scope one-off briefs regularly.

Begin an enquiry

  • Fees Flat, agreed up front. We take no commission from any vendor.
  • Starting figures Prices shown are starting points and move with guest count, venue and scope.
  • Lead time 9—14 months for a wedding; 3 for a dinner. On-the-day can be taken later.
  • Travel Singapore is included. Regional and destination work is quoted separately.
  • Capacity A small number of events a year, so dates are held on a first-signed basis.
