Real ranges for every line of a wedding, a dinner and a conference, in Singapore dollars, as of this year. Most planners quote after a meeting. We would rather you knew before you wrote to us.

Pick the event, the headcount and the level you have in mind. The estimate uses the same ranges we plan with. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a quote, and it excludes attire, rings, gifts and travel.

    Weddings

    A 200-guest ballroom wedding, line by line.

    Twenty tables in a good Singapore hotel. The banquet is the biggest number by a distance; almost everything else is a choice.

    Weekend dinner, wine and beer, usually a night's stay and the cake included. Weekday lunch sits 20–30% lower.
    Venue minimum spend
    15–25 tables
    Saturdays carry the highest minimum. Ask what is included before comparing per-table rates.
    Photography, full day
    S$3,000–8,000
    Ten to twelve hours, one or two photographers, edited gallery in six to ten weeks.
    Film, full day
    S$2,500–7,000
    Highlight film plus same-day edit at the top of the range.
    Florals and styling
    S$4,000–15,000
    Stage, aisle, twenty centrepieces, reception table. Fresh imported blooms push towards the top.
    Live music
    S$2,800–6,500
    Four to six piece band for the dinner. A string trio for the march-in adds S$900–1,800.
    Emcee and solemniser
    S$800–2,500
    Bilingual emcees sit at the top of the range.
    Hair and makeup
    S$1,200–3,500
    Two looks, early call, with a touch-up through the evening.
    Stationery and print
    S$800–3,000
    Invitations, menus, seating chart, signage.
    Bridal car and transport

    A guest coach between venues adds S$400–700 each way.

    Dinners and celebrations

    Forty guests, one long table.

    A birthday, an anniversary, a full-month. The venue is often a restaurant, a private dining room or a house, so the numbers behave differently.

    Private room or venue hire

    Restaurants usually waive hire against a minimum spend. Heritage houses and galleries charge it.
    Florals and table styling

    One long table done well costs more than you expect and less than a ballroom.
    Music

    A pianist or a jazz trio. Silence is also an option.
    Photography, half day

    Four to six hours.
    Print and small things

    Menus, place cards, a printed toast.

    Conferences

    Two hundred delegates, one day, one evening.

    A plenary, breakouts, lunch and a reception. Venue and AV set the floor; production and protocol are where budgets separate.

    Registration and delegate materials

    Badges, lanyards, programme, a small gift.
    Photography and film

    A photographer all day; a film crew if the sessions are recorded.
    Protocol and liaison

    Delegation seating, arrivals, agency liaison. Quoted after we understand who is coming.

    These are the ranges we plan with in 2026, from quotes we have seen and events we have run. Your numbers will sit inside them unless the brief is unusual, and we will tell you if it is.

    • Season Auspicious dates and the December to February peak push venue and vendor rates to the top of the range.
    • Minimums Ballrooms sell by minimum spend. A cheaper per-table rate with a higher minimum can cost more.
    • GST Hotel and venue prices are shown inclusive of GST and service charge. Independent vendors vary.
    • Our fee Flat and agreed before we start. We take no commission, so nothing here is marked up.
