Fourteen Singapore venues we have worked in, walked or negotiated with, grouped by the kind of room they are. Capacities are seated dinner figures and indicative. Every one is confirmed on a site visit.
Ballrooms
Hotel ballrooms sell by minimum spend, not hire. The per-table rate includes dinner, drinks and usually a suite. Ask what else is in it before comparing.

Grand Copthorne Waterfront
Havelock Road, riverside
A banquet hotel that is used to two hundred covers going out together. The riverside lets you take the cocktail hour outside. Where our February 2027 wedding will be held.

Fullerton Square, Marina Bay
A colonnaded landmark with the Straits Room and a ballroom that photographs like a state occasion. Peak-date minimums are among the highest in town.

Orange Grove Road
The Island Ballroom is one of the largest pillarless rooms in Singapore, with fifteen acres of garden around it. For the very big wedding or the conference that needs one room.

Capella Singapore
Sentosa Island
Two restored colonial buildings and a lawn, with the ballroom as the wet-weather plan you will not mind using. Quiet, and it feels a long way from town.

Raffles Singapore
Beach Road
The name does half the work. The Jubilee Ballroom and the lawn courtyards suit a wedding that wants heritage without a heritage-hall floor plan.

Gardens
Outdoors in Singapore means a wet-weather plan you would be happy to use, and a build that respects opening hours. Both are our problem, not yours.

Gardens by the Bay
Marina Bay
Flower Field Hall inside the Flower Dome, or the Supertree Grove at night. A working public garden: install and strike happen around visitors, which we have done before.

Singapore Botanic Gardens
Cluny Road
Burkill Hall is a black-and-white plantation house on a rise, with an orchid garden below it. Small, atmospheric and booked far out.

Heritage
Old rooms come with rules: load-in routes, sound limits, no candles. They also come with a character no ballroom can hire in.

CHIJMES Hall
Victoria Street
A former chapel with stained glass and a proper aisle. The most photographed wedding room in the city, which is both the point and the thing to plan around.

National Gallery Singapore
St Andrew's Road
The former Supreme Court and City Hall. Terraces, rotundas and a roof garden looking over the Padang. Gallery rules apply to everything from florals to sound.

Alkaff Mansion
Telok Blangah Green
A hilltop mansion with a terrace and a lawn under old trees. Feels like a house party. Parking and the hill are the logistics to think about.

The Arts House
Old Parliament Lane
Singapore's old parliament, by the river. A chamber for a ceremony or a talk, and rooms for a dinner of modest size. Understated and central.

Waterfront
Sea air, sunset, sand in the shoes. Worth it if the guest list is up for it, and if the rain plan is real.

Sentosa
Beach, pool and a covered dining room that takes over when the weather does. Relaxed, and the food is better than a beach venue needs to be.

ONE°15 Marina
Sentosa Cove
A yacht club with a ballroom, a lawn and the marina as backdrop. Arrive by boat if you want to. Practical for guests coming from town, unlike most of the waterfront.

Conference floors
Purpose-built rooms with the rigging, power and loading bays already there. Less romance, far fewer surprises.

Sands Expo & Convention Centre
Marina Bay Sands
The default for anything over a thousand delegates, and workable for two hundred if you take a single meeting room and an adjoining foyer. In-house AV is competent and not cheap.

Hotel conference floors at the Fullerton and Shangri-La also work well for 100–400 delegates, and let the evening reception stay in the building.

We visit anywhere.
These are the rooms we know well enough to have an opinion about. If you have somewhere else in mind, a house, a restaurant, a warehouse, another country, we will walk it with you and tell you honestly what it will take.
- Capacity Seated dinner with a dance floor or stage. Cocktail capacity is usually 40–60% higher.
- Bands Per guest, food and drink included, for a weekend evening. Weekday and lunch events sit lower.
- Dates Popular Saturdays at the ballrooms above are booked 12–18 months out.
- Site visit We visit before we recommend. Capacities and rates are confirmed with the venue in writing at proposal.
